We’re Eden and Nadine Harmse, the husband-and-wife team behind FIT Coaching — a faith-driven movement built on transformation, discipline, and purpose. Our journey started long before FIT Coaching existed — in the trenches of personal struggle, physical rebuilding, and spiritual awakening. We’ve both walked through seasons where fitness wasn’t just about the body; it was about rediscovering strength, identity, and God’s purpose for our lives.

Through years of training, trial, and relentless learning, we realized the truth: your body is a vessel, not a burden — and when you train it with intention, you unlock clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to your calling. That revelation became our mission.

FIT Coaching was built to help everyday people break free from the limits that hold them back — physically, mentally, and spiritually. We don’t sell quick fixes. We build warriors of discipline, forged through structure, accountability, and faith-filled guidance.
